Aston Martin releases a move murky picture of the Project One-77 supercar.
Aston Martin has officially unveiled a gal Friday teaser shot of the One-77 supercar – days after it leaked onto the Internet.
As the name suggests, only 77 will be made with a downtrodden price of £1,050,000, not including VAT or any extras! Exclusivity is therefore guaranteed.
At grant there’s little by way of official information about this new nimbus product, but Aston has now confirmed that deliveries will found at the end of 2009 and given away jagged engine specs.
Set to be powered by a 7.3-litre V12 locomotive with an output ‘expected to top 700bhp’, the One-77 will brag a top speed of over 200mph and feature ‘physical aerodynamic technology’. In all likelihood that refers to a retractable rear spoiler, which would account for the cut out section seen clearly not even meriting the rear glass in this new image.
Underpinned by a new carbon thread monocoque body, the two-seater retains the classic Aston Martin look, though adds forceful side scoops and detailing like roof creases and bonnet vents to set it not counting. Weight is expected to hover around the 1,500kg hallmark, and the car will get adjustable suspension and carbon ceramic brakes.
All 77 One-77 customers will be masterful to specify either a right or left script drive car, with the opportunity to work with Aston Martin in creating a totally bespoke vehicle – with the inviolate interior and chassis setup raise to customisation.

This stunning machine is an all-new supercar from the acclaimed British firm that will go on sale up to the minute next year, taking the company into unmapped territory carrying a £1.2million honorarium tag and power from a 7.0-litre V12 machine.
More expensive than the Bugatti Veyron, the settler will be limited to a production run of just 77 cars – hence its around codename, One-77. A real swallow whole from the blue, Aston has managed to keep the entire chuck under wraps until now. It will be inviting a select assortment of customers to see a finished model before the end of the year.
Details are far between but the One-77 will be powered by a 7.0-litre V12 – boasting around 650bhp – get a handcrafted aluminium fraternity and a carbonfibre chassis. As a result it is reasonable to do 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds and have a top precipitousness to 220mph. Aston says potential owners will be gifted to personalise virtually every aspect of the car.
