THE ACADEMY IS...:
After Warped Enlistment, the boys released their third studio album on August 19th and headed off to expedition Australia, Japan, and the UK. Now, in 5 days, they'll be heading off on their Flop start US tour with We the Kings, Carolina Baron von M, and Hey Monday. I'll be at the opening date to relate you all about it. They were also featured in a two-page article in the Obtober version of AP magazine.

THE CAB:
The boys have been on voyage almost constantly since their album release. I had the gratification of seeing them on the Dance Across the Country Enlistment with The Hush Sound. They then headed out to headline the 'Why So Serious?' Circuit featuring A Rocket to the Moon, This Readiness and Hey Monday, which runs until the 28th of this month. Those unused dates are at the Karma in Victorville, CA, and The Poverty-stricken in Tucson, AZ. Starting October 5th, they'll be joining up with buddies Consternation at the Disco for the Rock Band Abide Tour, along with Dashboard Confessional and the Intelligible White T's.

COBRA STARSHIP:
After fetching a break to record some new material (mayhap for a coming album), the lovely people that neaten up up Cobra will be heading out for the Sassyback Walk with Hit the Lights, Forever the Sickest Kids, and Chirp it Loud. For those who do not religiously check Gabe's Cheep, (not that I want you to be concerned or anything, I'm worrying enough for all of us) Gabe has a cyst on his virtuousness vocal cord, and he's on vocal cessation. IT's apparently screwing with his voice a crumb, but Sassyback hasn't been cancelled, so I'll be masterly to give you all the info I can get after I see them on November 16th. Next January, Cobra will then hit up the UK, since they absolutely postponed from the original dates to information the new stuff.
